Why do you teach yoga?
I love seeing the change it brings to people. To see them learn it’s ok to release, it’s ok to close your eyes, it’s ok to breathe, it’s ok to have compassion for self. I teach because I have learned that we must “love ourselves well before we may love others well. “
What has yoga helped you with the most in your personal life?
Yoga has helped me the most by teaching me “to love myself so I may love others well.” It’s ok to release, it’s ok to close my eyes, it’s ok to just breathe.
What is your favorite hot drink?
Double Spice Chai Tea! No sugar. No milk. (maybe a shot of rum on occasion!),
What/who inspires you?
People who just do “their thing”!
What is your idea of the perfect cozy day? Any day when the temps are cool and there are leaves (or snow) falling and I can bundle up and go walking and come home and bake or cook or work on a jigsaw puzzle!
